Stabilizer Exudation in Rigid PVC

Wax-like deposits and whisker defects on the die and calibrator usually come from over-lubrication or weak melt strength in calcium-zinc stabilised extrusion.

Our solution: high-melting-point external lubricants, a rebalanced internal and external lubrication package, and optimised temperature and line speed.
