Under the scorching sun and the relentless chirping of cicadas, employees of Jiaao Sunshine Home have already been on the job for half a month. Let's take a look back at the memorable moments of these past two weeks.
On the morning of August 8, employees and their families of Jiaao Sunshine Home braved the extreme heat to report to No. 703 Chongfu Avenue. Management staff recorded their attendance, assigned seats, and allocated storage lockers. Volunteers from Fuxing Community were specially invited to guide new employees with disabilities and their families at key intersections, making them feel the dual care from both the company and society.
Director Yu of Jiaao Sunshine Home organized a symposium for employees and their families, introducing them to the basic information about Jiaao Environmental Protection and Dongjiang Energy. Emphasis was placed on adhering to company regulations, strengthening communication between families and the company, and establishing a home-factory linkage to create a favorable employment and living environment for people with disabilities.
After the meeting, staff distributed work uniforms, bedding, and other supplies. Under Director Yu's leadership, employees conducted a solemn employment oath ceremony.

After the examinations, the hospital provided breakfast for the employees. In the afternoon, a designated doctor from Jiuyue Hospital visited Sunshine Home to deliver a lecture on "Summer Disease Prevention," offering professional medical knowledge to the employees.
