Occupational health and safety management

 

We strictly comply with occupational health and safety laws including China's Labor Law and Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases. Social Welfare

We have long adhered to the philosophy of "devoting love and repaying society" and always regard social responsibility as the driving force for our development. While pursuing economic benefits, we never forget our original aspiration. We actively participate in social welfare and charitable activities, taking practical actions to fulfill our corporate responsibilities and give back to society. In our annual social welfare activity plans, we have carried out a series of public welfare activities based on the pairing list of the Warm-Heart Project of the superior organization, Development Zone (Gaoqiao Sub-district). In 2024, we continued to carry out the special action of "Party branches pair up to connect with the people, and form groups to help those in need to practice the original aspiration". Taking the opportunity of welcoming the Spring Festival, we launched a warmth-delivery activity, aiming to help the paired households spend a warm and peaceful festival.

In accordance with our usual practice, we sent 1,000-yuan consolation red envelopes to the paired households to express our care and New Year wishes. At the same time, to ensure that the basic living needs of the paired households are met, we also sent daily necessities such as rice and oil, bringing a touch of warmth in the winter and a sense of support in life. Through such practical actions, we hope to improve the lives of the paired households and make them feel the warmth of society and the responsibility of enterprises in this cold season.

 

In addition, through this activity, we had in-depth communication with the paired households, understood their actual difficulties and needs, and provided a more accurate direction for the subsequent assistance work. We firmly believe that such practical actions can not only help the people in need solve practical problems, but also further shorten the distance between

enterprises, communities and the public, and jointly create a harmonious and warm social atmosphere.
