UCO offers are higher because of some China shortages, as collecting from pig farms is banned now after the recent swine flu outbreak and exw prices around 4100-4200 and offers above 600/t cif ARA.
Heard a couple of deals at $581/t and $588/t though.
China sellers will soon want to offload any material they have before CNY in early Feb but there’s no real urgency as yet and will probably pick up in Jan.
