New Faces, New Challenges, New Strength
As summer progresses, Jiaao Enprotech welcomes a new group of employees. To help these new recruits integrate into the company smoothly, adapt to their roles, and grow rapidly, a two-day intensive training session was held on July 18th and 19th for over 30 newly recruited college graduates. During these two days of in-depth training, we were fortunate to receive guidance from leaders and senior colleagues from various departments within the company. Their extensive experience and professional knowledge have undoubtedly injected a continuous drive for progress into the young talent at Jiaao, motivating us to pursue excellence and strive for new heights.
The event began with the Human Resources Department organizing a series of engaging group activities for the new members. These activities aimed to foster mutual understanding and collaboration among the participants, thereby enhancing the cooperative spirit and innovative capabilities of the Jiaao team.
Leaders from various departments provided product briefings and shared their personal growth experiences, offering valuable guidance and training on company policies, products, thinking patterns, and etiquette. The new employees gained significant insights, not only quickly appreciating the unique charm of Jiaao's corporate culture but also obtaining clearer guidance and inspiration for their career development paths.
After two days of intensive training, everyone gathered to share impressive industry reports. These reports not only analyzed the current state of the industry but also looked ahead to future development trends. Following this, an exciting knowledge competition took place, where participants eagerly showcased their professional skills and knowledge reserves. Finally, the group collectively reviewed and summarized the sessions, pointing the way for future learning and work.
