J388 is a biobased, benzene-free environmentally friendly primary plasticizer with excellent compatibility with PVC.
In terms of performance, compared to DOTP, it offers superior plasticizing efficiency (hardness/softness). It can be completely substituted in certain formulations, leading to reduced usage. Compared to DOTP, it has advantages such as higher plasticizing efficiency and shorter plasticizing time, as well as good product transparency.
In terms of mechanical properties, it is on par with DOTP and can completely replace DOTP in specific plastic processing products, offering better overall cost-effectiveness.
It can be used in PVC calendering films, elastic flooring, lightbox fabrics, tarpaulins, synthetic leather, cable materials, and fire hoses. It can also be used in products such as polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, chloroprene rubber, and nitrile rubber.
