PolyStabil ESO
PolyStabil ESO: Epoxidized Soybean Oil is soluble in hydrocarbon compounds, ketones, esters, higher-grade alcohols, and other organic solvents, and is slightly soluble in ethanol. It is the most widely used PVC nontoxic plasticizer and stabilizer. It has low volatility and mobility, and excellent compatibility with PVC resin. Its high thermal stability, light stability, and resistance to water and oil enhance the mechanical strength, weather resistance, and electrical properties of end products. Being nontoxic, ESO is internationally recognized as a safe additive for food packaging.

Application
PolyStabil ESO can be utilized in a variety of PVC products, including food packaging, medical devices, films, sheets, tubing, icebox sealing strips, artificial leather, floor coverings, wires and cables, plastic wallpaper, and other everyday plastic items. Additionally, it is suitable for manufacturing special printing inks and liquid compound stabilizers. Typically, 3-5 parts of ESO are added to general soft PVC products to enhance their thermal and light stability. When combined with polyester plasticizers, ESO reduces their mobility. Used alongside metal heat stabilizers, it exhibits a significant synergistic effect. The proportions of other plasticizers, stabilizers, and lubricants can be adjusted downwards when ESO is incorporated.
