Performance and characteristics
This eco-friendly, bio-based, and degradable plasticizer is a clear, transparent liquid that is insoluble in water. It offers superior antibacterial and flame retardant properties, with exceptional compatibility with PVC. Compared to DOTP, it boasts better plasticizing efficiency and precipitation resistance. Certified by SGS, this non-toxic product is free from heavy metals and benzene, meeting EU export standards and passing SVHC tests.
Applications
JMBP-100A1 serves as a versatile bio-based primary plasticizer, either on its own or combined with other primary plasticizers. It's ideal for applications such as PVC elastic flooring, toy films, calendered films, light box cloth, rain cloth, PVC artificial leather, cable materials, and fire water belts. Additionally, it can be used in products made from polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate, neoprene, and nitrile rubber.
