Products Description
Eco-friendly PVC Plasticizer J107 is designed for minimal environmental impact throughout its lifetime. SGS tests confirm that J107 is free from DEHP, DIDP, DNOP, DINP, BBP, DBP, and multiring hydrocarbons. Compliant with European Union standard 2005/84/EC, J107 can be exported to European countries. It is highly compatible with PVC and PVAC resins, offering excellent thermal stability, light stability, mechanical properties, processing properties, and contamination resistance. J107 can also partially replace primary plasticizers.
Application
Eco-friendly PVC Plasticizer J107 is widely applied to all PVC products, such as PVC film, wire and cable compounds, plastic gas pipe, rubber bar, heat shrink tube, sheets, textilene, shoe forming material, calendered film, printing film, artificial leather, compounding, and etc. J107 has features of high plasticizing efficiency, good compatibility, and high safety level. Depending on different PVC formula, J107 is able to replace primary plasticizer, following the original formula.
