Performance and Characteristics

This product is a colorless and transparent liquid, insoluble in water. It exhibits excellent compatibility with PVC and has a low condensation point below -10℃. Compared to DOA, it offers higher plasticization efficiency, resulting in softer products at both room temperature and low temperatures. Additionally, it can be used as an auxiliary heat stabilizer.

The product is a bio-based plasticizer, non-toxic, and renewable. It boasts high stability and superior environmental safety compared to DOA. It complies with the latest EU regulations such as REACH and ROHS directives, meeting EU export requirements.

Applications

In specific industries, this product can serve as the primary plasticizer or be used in combination with other primary plasticizers to enhance product softness and temperature resistance. It is suitable for various PVC products including plastic films, synthetic leather, cable granulation, footwear, gloves, gas pipes, rubber strips, and more. It can also be used as a plasticizer for acrylonitrile derivatives, nitrile rubber, nitrocellulose, chloroprene rubber, and polyurethane adhesives.
