Products Description
It is a diacetyl epoxidized vegetable-oleic acid glyceride, designed to be an environmentally friendly plasticizer that maintains softness and flexibility across varying temperature ranges. This biodegradable and renewable plasticizer is an ideal alternative to traditional phthalate plasticizers. As a special non-sweating grade derived from soybean oil, it offers excellent compatibility with PVC and exhibits minimal extraction even after heating.
Environmental Safety
Unlike dioctyl adipate (DOA), which the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified in Group 3 for carcinogenicity, J210 is a non-toxic, eco-friendly plasticizer sourced from plant-based oils, ensuring higher safety standards.
Performance
Compared to DOA, J210 provides superior softness at both room temperature and low temperatures, with a condensation point below -10°C.
Mechanical Properties
