Performance and application:
1. As an excellent cold resistant plasticizer
As one typical high quality cold resisting PVC plasticizer, with high plasticizing efficiency and low volatility. Besides its high performance under cold weather, it behaves well under respectively high temperature. For its excellent insulativity and strong weather resisting property, it is often used for the production of cold resisting wire and cable material, artificial leather, pellicle, plank stuff, sheet material and so on. It is nontoxic. It can also be used as low temperature plasticizer of many synthetic rubbers or cold resisting plasticizer of nitryl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene, vinyl chloride copolymer and so on.
2. As the basestock or compounding compostion for different lubricants compounding
Comparing with oleate esters, it is of better anti-oxidation, for its low viscosity and good performance under low temperature, usually mixed with PAO to applied as the basefluid for top grade engine oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil.
Also applied as the basefluid for high/low temperature lubricanting grease especially if requesting slashing performance under low temperature. In additional, can be used as basefluid for Type I aviation enginee oil.
