This product is a light yellow oily liquid with freezing point of 5℃, boiling point of 150℃ (0.15Kpa),Kindling point of 5℃, viscosity of 325 mPa.S (25℃), refractive index of 1.472(25℃).Soluble in most organic solvents.
1. Plasticizer - EPOXIDIZED SOYBEAN OIL Introduction
The product ESO is the most widely used PVC nontoxic plasticizer and stabilizer,it is for all kinds of PVC products,as it has very good compatibility with PVC resin,has high molecular wtight and flashing point,low volatility and mobility and good resistance to water and oil endow,weather resisting and electrical property,becomes a kind of auxiliaries for foodstuff wrapper with international recognition.Normally,ESO is able to partly replace DOP or DBP.
2. Plasticizer - EPOXIDIZED SOYBEAN OIL Application field
ESO can be applied to all kinds of PVC products.This product meets REACH standard and passes the tests of ROHS and 16P by SGS.Usually,it can be used by 3-5 portion in many kinds of PVC products to improve their thermal stability and weather ability.It can be widely used in PVC wire and cable compounds,PVC pipe,printing film,sheets,gas tube, rubber bar,wallpaper,printing film,medical ware,artificial leather,special printing ink and liquid compound stabilizers and so on.
