This product is a transparent light oily liquid with freezing point of -30℃, boiling point of 220℃ (0.15Kpa), ignition point of 200℃, viscosity of 40 mPa.S (25℃), refractive index of 1.885 (25℃).Soluble in most organic solvents.

1. Plasticizer - JD81 Introduction

Plasticizer JD81 is made from natural plant oil with new biotechnology. It is

produced through specific process of purifying linseed oil derivatives and saturating unsaturated bonds which may affect intermiscibility and stability. This product is better compatible with PVC resin than DOP and has high level of plasticizing efficiency,with

high mechanical property, processability,stain resistance and weather resisting property. Especially,it has better cold resistance.JD 81 can replace DOP to be well applied in all kinds of PVC soft products.

2. Plasticizer - JD81 Application field

This product meets REACH standard and passes the tests of ROHS and 16P by SGS.

JD81 can be widely used in PVC calendering, extruding and molding products and all kinds of soft,semi-rigid such as artificial leather,rubber andplastic,toys,packaging film,printed film,medical ware,PVC gloves,foam sheet,foam,tube,textilene and cable granulation.etc.
