JDCH888 is suitable for a wide range of premium PVC products, including those made through calendering, extrusion, and for rigid and semi-rigid applications. It is highly recommended for use in children's toys, food packaging films, plastic wraps, medical tubing, food-contact gloves, wallpaper, decorative sheets, and medical blood bags, among others. JDCH888 works well with PVC and other polar polymers and is compatible with all commonly used monomeric plasticizers in PVC formulations. Generally, only minor adjustments to formulation and processing parameters are needed when using JDCH888 in flexible PVC compounds. Compared to DOP and DINP, JDCH888 delivers superior low-temperature performance and offers lower initial viscosity along with enhanced viscosity stability in plasticizer applications.
