Cold-resistant plasticizer DOA (Dioctyl Adipate) is a typical cold resistant plasticizer, which has high growth rate efficiency, high heat plasticization efficiency, and small heat induced color change. It is suitable for various resins such as polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride copolymer, polystyrene, and synthetic rubber. It can endow the product with good low tenderness, softness, and light resistance, and the product has good tactile sensation. It is commonly used in combination with main plasticizers such as DOP and DBP for cold resistant agricultural films, frozen food packaging films, wire and cable coatings, artificial leather, boards, outdoor water pipes, etc. When used for plasticizing paste, the initial viscosity of the paste is low and the viscosity stability is good.

Cold-resistant plasticizer DOA (Dioctyl Adipate) commonly used in the processing of plastics and rubber products, as well as in the plasticization of synthetic resins. It is often used in combination with primary plasticizers such as DOP for applications like cold-resistant agricultural films, wires, thin sheets, synthetic leather, and packaging films for frozen foods. It can also serve as a low-temperature plasticizer for various synthetic rubbers and resins like nitrocellulose. According to the chemical toxicity and environmental protection handbook, DOS is considered a mildly toxic substance and can be used in food preservation films. Additionally, it is an excellent cold-resistant plasticizer for vinyl chloride copolymers, PVC, and polystyrene, with a good plasticizing effect. It imparts good light resistance and low-temperature flexibility to products, making it widely used in agricultural films.
