Heat Stabilizers
Many materials undergo significant changes in physical properties and appearance due to heat, light, and atmospheric oxygen. Stabilizers are categorized into processing stabilizers (preventing degradation during the melt phase), long-term stabilizers (protecting at elevated temperatures of 60-130°C), high-temperature stabilizers (effective up to 180°C), and UV stabilizers (protecting against UV degradation). Combining different additives can provide synergistic effects.
Barium-Zinc Stabilizer for Polyamides JBZ-316A2 is a high-efficiency PVC stabilizer offering excellent heat resistance, thermal stability, and minimal additive needs. It maintains high transparency, prevents fogging or precipitation, and improves processing with self-lubricating properties.
Cadmium-free, colorless, and low in toxicity, it's environmentally friendly and ensures smooth ink adhesion for PVC printing. Its liquid form enhances dispersion, reduces dust, and requires a low dosage (2–3 parts per 100), ensuring consistent quality in various temperature conditions.
